We went to check out the new digs at Red Rock since Mercadito left us. Xavier our server was real friendly, helpful with the menu and guided us along the way. We started with the coco shrimp tacos which were small tasted really good and shared some carnitas tacos which came with a nice spicy hot sauce on the side. The Carnitas is prepared over 24 hours and taste did not disappoint whatsoever. The Margaritas were great, the Still water was so smooth and as corny as it sounds you do not want to go back to "regular' water after lol. I would recommend anyone in the area to visit as the staff is on top of it and efficient. Thanks Xavier!
