Had my nephew's birthday party here today. Our party host was Christina or Chrissy (I don't remember her name, but she looks Hispanic with colored eyes--contacts?) And she was AMAZING!!!!!! The whole experience was wonderful. From booking the party, to finalizing everything, to the actual party day. The people there made it super easy. I can't comment on the cake, because we brought our own cake, but I can say the pizza was so-so. Like another reviewer, I think it was in a warmer too long. BUT, the whole rest of the experience was so awesome, that its not even worth deducting a star. My nephew had an amazing time, and the parents at the party were talking about having their kids' next bday parties there too. My biggest piece of advice would be to give 30 mins between birthday parties, as opposed to 15 mins. It could've felt rushed, but luckily there was no party in our room after us!
