If you have an APPETITE this is the place to go. I'm not talking about "I need a burger and fries" - I mean "I am STARVING and need to eat like 3 meals" type of hunger. Let's start with the good stuff - their milkshakes. I ordered one of their Bam-Boozled Shakes - the Campfire Smores to be exact. First off this shake takes EXACTLY like a campfire smore. The graham crumble and the chocolate balls were only the start of my sugar high. The toasted marshmallow was the perfect icing on top of the brain freeze I was getting while slurping this heart attack sucker. After attempting to finish this enormous milkshakes (which was a fail - after all this milkshake was taller than me). I had forgotten about the entree I had ordered and was already stuffed. For my entree I had ordered the Surf n Turf quesadilla (which I quietly thanked myself for not ordering a gigantic burger like everyone else). The quesadilla was a great way to end my food coma. It was the right size and had enough cheese and avocado cream to bring out the lobster & steak.
Although the service was a little slower than I would've liked - I'm not a fan of waiting more than 15 minutes for small requests such as water, extra napkins, extra utensils etc). I could see that the restaurant was busy and that there were a number of large groups around the time we came.
Overall I would definitely recommend coming to Holstein's and trying out their various types of burgers. There seemed to be a huge variety of burger choices whether it was turkey, meat, wagyu or a simple classic burger.
