I first saw Dr Fraga about 10 years ago and I'm glad I did. He is an intelligent doctor with good instincts and offers sound practical advice. His diagnoses have always been accurate, albeit sometimes he recommends specialists to verify his assessment. Other members of my family have been similarly impressed with him.
So why the one star ? Despite having been a patient of his for years, today I'm told I am classified as a new patient at his new location so cannot get an appointment until the new year. It's October 9. That's ridiculous. I lose the benefit of an established relationship because he now operates as part of a different practice.
