Worst service I have experienced at a BMW dealership. Being a premium brand, you would think they would treat their customers better. I drove up from the GTA as I was looking to purchase a 335i. I found one I liked online, contacted the dealership, spoke with one of their sales reps (Alessio) and asked him the usual questions (history of the car, accidents, etc.). He assured me the car was in mint condition. So I paid the deposit and drove up to Montreal the next day. When I arrive there, the first thing I see is that the car wasn't even washed on the outside. I opened the door and looked at the inside and that was even worse! Salt stains everywhere, dirt, etc. They couldn't take the time to clean this car out for me knowing that I'm coming all the way from GTA? Not to mention the seat was in awful shape (was ripping) and the rims were completely scuffed. I was extremely furious. I was going to pull the trigger on the car but once I saw the condition of it, I was completely turned off. I have held off on posting this review for a while, but I feel this needs to be out there for people to know the kind of service and quality this dealership provides. I would 100% recommend avoiding this dealership as they do not know the meaning of customer service.
