Not quite sure how this joke of a company is still in business. So 2 weeks in prior to my sister's wedding in which I was the maid of honor, my boyfriend booked a rental and we received a confirmation email. Less than 24 hours before we are to pick up the rental, Dollar calls and says "sorry we no longer have any cars available." I called and asked to speak to a manager, which the woman refused me multiple times. I asked how often this happens and she gave me a very run-around answer. I insisted she accommodates me in order to provide good customer service so she says she'll transfer me to Sky Harbor to speak with them. She says just be informed you will need a credit card to rent. I asked why I need a credit card at the airport location but not the Scottsdale location. She told me she didn't know. I call the airport location and she also refuses to let me speak with a manager. I explain the situation and all she had to say was "sorry" and randomly advises me I would've needed a credit card at the Scottsdale location as well. I advised that is not what the woman location told me. Long story short, Dollar was very flippant about their error and poor customer service. EVERYONE GO TO ENTERPRISE INSTEAD!!! EXCELLENT customer service and really act like they value your business. Thanks for making this trip possible Enterprise!!
