This review is also an open letter to the Owners of this gym.
Please thoroughly CLEAN your steam room Much more often. It usually smells like foot odor with a hint of urine, mold & B.O. Other times, the eucalyptus scent is so strong that it burns my eyes.
The staff & management are incapable and/or unmotivated to do anything. I suspect it's because the owners decided to cut costs by significantly reducing cleaning services. Please prove me wrong and do something about this.
Until this is implemented, I'll be at L.A. Fitness most/all of the time.
Update: Please message me here on Yelp if the steam room starts to Consistently smell better. Also if they significantly improve their Jacuzzi's weak jets.
