We noticed a billboard "all day Happy Hour, 2 for 1 drinks on the patio" we went in and sat down and ordered our drinks. Then we were told weekends are excluded. Strange!! .... we took a photo of the sign and there was no mention of weekends being excluded even in the small print. Suggestion 1. make this clear on the sign or 2. remove the sign at weekends or 3. cover the sign at weekends. Be clear otherwise you are guilty of misrepresentation.
