AMAZED. I brought in a Topshop dress and my boyfriend' suit after a wedding had soiled both. I couldn't remember how I got all these random stains on my dress ( it was a fun night, okay??) but had little hope for the 120$ pale pink dress. I was bummed, but figured I would try to save it from the grease, blood and mysterious blue stains engrained in the thing. After dropping the items off at Elite, I went home hoping for the best. I got a call the next day in which a really nice lady asked for an extra day to get these tough stains out. I was psyched at the chance of getting back anything close to the new dress and told them they could have as long as they needed. To my extreme surprise, my dress is now good as new and my boyfriend's suit is immaculate with all of the items he had forgotten to removed carefully returned to me (including a yarmulka he had received from the wedding). And it was so cheap! I'm blown away. Awesome customer service to boot. The ONLY thing was a complete pain in the a** and was not at all the fault of this business was the parking lot. The valet service for the pub next door was ridiculous. I almost got in a wreck trying to get off the main road to pull into the parking lot which was blocked by empty parked cars in the middle of the road. Like 6 of them. Ridiculous. That place needs to get it's s*** together. I love Elite Cleaners though. Definitely worth the clusterf*** of a parking lot.
