Dr Boles himself seems nice, but his staff is incompetent and uncaring. It took over 15 calls to get a call back. ( which never happened). Finally by calling the appointment line I reached someone. Funny, they'll take appointments but cant answer the prescription refill line. I was told after waiting 5 days that he was on vacation for at least three weeks. His partner, Dr Nicole konkowski refused to fill the prescription without seeing me, in a week. Overall. Uncaring, incompetent, and rude. DO NOT GO THERE.
