This is the first furniture store I felt comfortable at and wasn't hounded by the sales people. We were greeted when we walked in and people on the floor asked if we needed anything but they didn't follow us or go off about the inventory. Crystal was the first person we talked with she was very helpful then passed us to Chris. We ended up getting a custom couch done the only negative is it can take up to a month. Everything was explained to us in full detail but later we realized we didn't pick the arms we called and you don't get the store which was a little frustrating. Overall it was a great experience
