The gas valve mechanism for my fireplace needed repair/replacement. A service technician by the name of Dave came out to isolate the problem and make the repairs. It took two trips. I was charged fairly for the two trips. The technician showed up on schedule for both visits. Both Dave and the telephone support people were polite, friendly, and prompt. My fireplace was fixed. I am very pleased with the service.
