Albertson is usually a hit or miss experience for me no matter which location that I decide to visit. Most recently I decided to stop in at the spur of the moment because I needed some balloons and arrangements for a little shin-dig I was having at work. The balloons here usually from my previous experiences have been decent and lasted. That wasn't the case for me last week. When I arrived at the floral counter there was only one person work, a really nice girl! She unfortunately wasn't the expert on balloons and umm I guess knowing the proper tips and tricks on what to do on blowing them up properly. I ordered 6-7 of them $1.50 a piece and once I completed my purchase and walked outside 4 out of the 6 POPPED! WTF?! Witnesses outside even were like "oh hell no go back in there" SO of course I did and they made more which later on popped in my car while driving. I had to call into the store and let them know that this was insane and that was $10 down the drain. I could've let it go but why? $10 is $10 and I got to my event looking stupid because this young lady kept putting too much damn helium in my balloons. Bridget saved the day though and offered for me to stop back in later that day to take care of the situation. I appreciated that because she technically could've said I was lying or anything but didn't and went above and beyond to rectify the situation.
