I'll update once I move in and have lived in the house for at a week or two to see if any issues arise.
I've had Alex come by from this company to inspect two different homes which I was in escrow. The first house had so many issues that I decided not to get it. Alex took his time and was very thorough IMO. He answered a bunch of questions that I asked since I have no knowledge of homes and am a first time home buyer. He was very patient with me and even lent me his measuring tape so I could take measurements of the house.
He turned on all the water in the bathrooms for about 15-20 minutes then checked for water damaged or moisture with a camera. He caught some damage on the first house, which in grateful for. I can't say enough good things about Alex. Super friendly and gave me tons of tips! Highly recommend him. I'm not sure about other inspectors that work for this company but I'm recommending him to my friends.
