My reply to the business owner: I am no longer in touch to find a resolution. The offer of a $50 gift certificate to use at your establishment was not even close to a resolution and I turned it down. That was how it all ended. When the employee I was in contact with approached the managing director, the response was that $50 was sufficient given that the rest of my party of 8 was able to enjoy the food. Who said they enjoyed the food? The event was not just about the food but about a family experience that was so mismanaged and as yet has not been acknowledged by your establishment. It was poorly planned ahead of time and badly executed and the follow-up resolution to my experience was inadequate. Business reputation is crucial and given your establishment is a newer venue, I would think you would more highly value your guests' feedback in order to continue to improve upon your business. Unfortunately, this was not the case. 11:53 PM I wish to move on from this upsetting situation. I have wasted too much of my time on this with no benefit whatsoever other than to inform others of my experience. "
