I'm always weary of these huge chain restaurants and their verbose menus, but it was the only option at the time and the experience fell flat.
I don't know how they caramelized the onions on my burger but it was impossible to finish eating. There was so much of it that the bad taste of the onions ruined the whole thing.
Twisted mac and cheese was sent back to the kitchen immediately after it was brought, the cheese was curdled and had a very repugnant taste.
Server was nice and apologetic but would not make me return to Hard Rock Cafe.
