1 star for terrible customer service. I was there with some friends and asked my husband to pick me up. I told him where I sat and as soon as he walked over, the hostess, assistant manager, and shift manager were so quick to assume that he was there to free load the AYCE and kicked him out. They all approached us and created a scene to explain the policy. Uhh...we would've paid the extra $20 to have the additional party join us, but don't just assume he showed up eat there! And after all that scene, the assistant manager was about to make the exception after I kept arguing with him. Sad to say, we won't be going back there again. Maybe it's time to hire more mature staff who can handle those situations better regardless of the policy you are trying to enforce.
