5 Stars for my Massage Therapist, Shannon; 3 Stars for the front office staff.
Shannon gives a wonderful and thourough deep tissue massage - She is capable of other types of massage, but I prefer the deep, tension releasing one. I actually started out with a different massage therapist, however was switched to Shannon and have stuck with her ever since. She is very knowledgable and gives great tips for at-home care. She always provides a relaxed environment and asks me where my sore spots are before we begin so she may address them during our session. Going once a month for a massage as saved my back - I thought I was headed towards chiropractic adjustments and possible surgery one day, but now I am pain free most of the time.
The front office staff is usually pleasant, however I have had problems with appointments and even had to speak to the manager at one point to get a charge removed when I changed an appointment and it was never changed in the book therefore I was charged a no show fee.The manager was pleasant and had the issue resolved immediately.
Overall I am very happy with Massage Envy and have purchased a membership.
