Needed a haircut at 7:00 on a Saturday and they were the only place open so I gave them a shot. The lady messed up so badly on my haircut and I was either forced to adopt a "new style" or shave it all off. I told her I'd be more comfortable if she shaved it all off (had to be at the shortest length possible because she messed up). Paid for my haircut and tipped out of courtesy. Baffled my haircut wasn't free because of HER mistake. I walked to straight to Dick's, bought a hat, and walked out with it on. Not going back.
