I purchased a new vehicle from Findlay Kia in December. Everyone I encountered was very helpful. James in finance was especially helpful in purchasing the vehicle. I have not had to have any major service yet but a few days after I got my car the tire light came on. I went to service area and pulled up, someone came out right away and checked and aired up all of my tires. So far an all around great experience!
