After searching and tasting multiple bakers we went with Aloha Cakes because of two key things she has unique flavors and her cakes aren't that sweet. Others bakers I tried wouldn't want to adjust their sugar levels for their butter cream frosting. I get it less sugar the softer the frosting and higher chance for the shape of the cake to melt, but come on!! your a baker work with me!! That was the problem with most of the bakeries delicious cake and filling but the butter cream or fondant ruined it because it was too sweet. In comes Nenita she was able to make a delicious cake and it was beautiful! The flavors we chose were Chunky Pineapple, Guava and starwberry, and coconut. We have tried other flavors and the vanilla cake was a little dry, chocolate cake was pretty normal. The island flavors are the way to go! She made sure to meet all of our needs and was really attentive. My wife was pretty particular on how her sugar flowers looked like and she was able to meet her needs. If you are looking for an alternative flavors and half the sugar sweetness of other cakes this is the place for you!
