Me and my husband went into the store yesterday around 430, i am looking to purchase a gun and attend a class. Anywho, they were semi busy, no one greeted us or acknowledge our presence in the store at all. There had to be at least 5 people working in there, 1 lady behind the counter getting all the shooting materials ready, a guy leading people into the shooting range, another man helping a customer and 2 other men walking back and forth trying to pretend they were busy. Well we stayed in their another 30min, tried to ask a question and the guy seemed less interested in answering and quickly brushed us off. So i told my husband, lets go. He said we will come back tomorrow. I said no i am good with them, i will not patronize a business and give them money if they cant even have decent customer service. We had cash in hand to buy a gun and pay for class, but i guess they would rather serve people who wanted to shoot at the gun range. I will not tolerate bad customer service in 2018.
