We did not have a great experience with this apartment management. We signed a six month lease with a thirty day notice. When our six months were up, we signed another lease for six months. We did not look closely at the new lease, because we no longer had a thirty day notice and now had a sixty day notice. We found out about this when I informed management that we were moving out and gave our thirty day notice. They told me that we had a sixty day notice and had to pay for another month's rent. Ridiculous!! Management has no idea what is going on because they called my husband and wanted to know when we were going to turn in our keys and we had already been checked out of our apartment by the maintenance crew two weeks ago. I would not recommend this complex to anyone.
