I just got my carpets cleaned. I live i a condo. 2 bedroom. So I got the $59 deal. Well...i thought that I was getting my carpets steamed shampoo cleaned. Nope. That's extra come to find out. $160 . I complained and the nice guy who came out , called the boss. I refused to pay that. Sneaky customer service when i booked NOT TELLING ME I'd be getting just hot water on my carpet and bot a shampoo. Anyway. I ended up paying $100 foe roughly 400 sqft. Again. The young man at my home did his duty and a good job on my carpets. But I don't like shady businesses. So until they change their Ad, and train their employees to be honest UP FRONT before us wasting our day waiting and waiting. I will buy my own machine or rent from home depot.
