I had an appointment today at 8:30am, I was asked to show up at 7:45am to complete my new patient information. I arrived early as requested but didn't get my actual paperwork to fill out until 15 min before my scheduled appointment (why have someone show up 45 min before their appointment if you are going to delay giving them the paperwork?). After completing the paperwork, I continue to sit in the waiting room for another 45 minutes before I was called up to the front to only be asked question about information that was ask to be completed on the forms. After his additional questions, he said I was the next to be called. After waiting another 15 mins, I was finally called back at 9:29am, an entire hour after my designated appointment. When I finally get back into the patient room, my appointment took another hour to be completed. I have never in my life had an experience like this at a dr. office. They were apologetic, but they should really communicate to their patients that they need to block out three hours of their day in order to have an appointment here. Needless to say, I was extremely late for work and left feeling so frustrated about my experience. They said it was their new technology, but I don't think new technology should keep you from being called an entire hour after your scheduled appointment. I am very disappointed in my experience here.
