Yikes! We woke up to a pool of water inside our garage.
Leaky water heater + Drywall = Damage
Our water heater broke and sprung a leak. I called my State Farm agent and then called Insurance Restoration Services. They were able to make a same day appointment to come assess the damage. Rich was on time for our scheduled appointment and walked us through his inspection step-by-step. He used a thermal imaging device to detect every last inch of water damage and provided a comprehensive report.
Rich was extremely knowledgable and he walked us through the repair process. He used a software to align his estimates with what the insurance company would quote. There were no surprise charges once the claim was submitted. He also offered to start working on our dry-out process right then and there. He worked late into the night to remove all the damaged drywall. He was a true professional from start to finish.
Rich was so polite, honest and friendly. We were in good hands and were well taken care of throughout the entire process. I'm thoroughly impressed with his services and will use him for any restoration services in the future. I would give him 10 stars if I could.
