Came to FEZ for the first time tonight. I was really excited, as my friends had been talking it up all night. I ordered the FEZ burger and spicy harissa fries. The burger was great, the fries left something to be desired. Our server, while very cute, was not attentive once a table filled with people ordering alcohol sat down. In fact, he passed by us six times before asking if he needs anything additional, forgetting that my friend had asked for more ketchup, and we all needed refills on our drinks. By the time he acknowledged us again, we had all finished our food, except for my fries, which were pretty inedible. Once we paid, we were given incorrect change back. They rounded down. At that point, I was just ready to leave. A very disappointing end to what could have been a great experience in a nice setting.
