Do not go here! My son had water damage to his phone. I dropped his phone off for repair. I went to pick it up two days later. They gave me someone's phone, not ours. I caught it on the spot. He went to the back of the shop and retrieved my son's phone, which had his name on it. I mean, come on!!!! His name is on it......How do you screw that up? He was going to let me walk out of there with a phone that belonged to someone else. I brought it to another repair place right away. The guy opened it up and said there were 3 parts missing from it. He called the guy at iRepair Plus and sure enough......The parts were there. He did not think I'd ever catch that. They were keeping parts to use for other phones...WOW! I went back there to get the 3 parts. I brought them back to the good shop, and guess what.....They were the wrong parts. The guy at the good shop said they probably screwed up my son's phone even more. Go somewhere else! These guys are crooks! They have no idea how to fix phones. The 3 positive reviews on here must have been written by the workers of iRpair Plus. I'd give this place zero stars, but it wasn't an option.
