So, I have been coming to Salon Zen since long before it was Salon Zen and that equates to about twelve, yes twelve, years. The staff is always excited to see me and treat me like one of the family. Lori Phillips and Sonya Yeck continuously go above and beyond in their customer service. Just for the record, no one but Lori is allowed to cut my hair, I have more of a hip style cut requiring some very advanced cutting skills and color techniques. To die for talent is an understatement.
In summary, if you want someone professional to touch your coif and someone talented to drive your style and bring out the fashion diva in you, get to Salon Zen! Anyone writing a bad review probably didn't realize you gotta know talent and have a little yourself to appreciate a master at their craft! I send all my friends and family here and they become regulars. Something to be said for excellent customer service in a world where customer service is a dying virtue! Love them all at Salon Zen!
