I had a guest pass to this shiny new gym over the past weekend and I enjoyed the two days I worked out there. The gym has the latest machines and plenty of them. Saturday morning, the gym was busy but I didn't have to wait for a machine. The place was much less busy on Sunday morning.
I loved the pool, the upstairs weight area, the steam room, the spinning studio and the 3 squash courts (I believe it costs $5 extra per month to use the courts). The change rooms are very nice.
I didn't love that the only Zumba class on the Saturday was at 8:30 a.m. I would have loved to try a Zumba class at this gym but that is too early on a Saturday! I also didn't love that there is no towel service, no full length lockers (I can live without those in all honesty but just pointing it out) and no blow dryers provided. My gym (Goodlife) has both towel service and blow dryers and it makes a huge difference not to have to lug all those things to the gym with you.
My rating is really 3 1/2 stars but I would have given it five stars and would have seriously consider switching to this gym if it had better class times for classes I was interested in, towel service and blow dryers.
