If I could give you a 0 I would. Worst company I've ever come in contact with and I say that wholeheartedly. I have work in service for more than half my life and I would never never reccomend this company.. not even to my worst enemies.
Do not do business with Grant. What a horrible business owner.
So they showed up on time, which I was shocked about. Bonus right.. nope! They come in we assessed what needed to be moved with them they agreed to all of it. My boyfriend left at that time to drop off our rental truck while I stayed. Once he left the movers went into the 2nd bedroom and had a quiet conversation under their breath. I came in to offer them a water, they declined. But I overheard "ok well you want to do that then?" One of the guys came out of the room and said to me "we are going to get blankets and shrink wrap and start from there" I agreed to them doing so. They went downstairs as I waited 5 mins went by then 10 and still no movers. About 15 mins later the OWNER of the company came up to the apartment- not even entering the home he stood at the door and said to me "you are not insured so we cant do this job, I'm so sorry" I was dumbfounded by this and asked "what why?" He said "the owner called and said we cant do this job" not knowing at the time he is the owner I said to him "you better call my boyfriend he is the one that hired you and you need to call him and explain before you leave" he said "I absolutely will" the liar absolutely DID NOT call him. They just left. When my boyfriend got home he was livid being we both took today off to do this and we only have 2 days to get out of this place. My boyfriend attempted to call Grant 3 times no answer. I tried from my phone no answer. My boyfriend left a message demanding a call back and he finally called back. On the phone he would give my boyfriend no explanation and said "I'm not at liberty to discuss" we proceeded to ask questions and try to get him to come back and he hung up on us.
