Sprint has a history of promising the sky as long as they make a sale. Their customer service used to be good but as of two years ago, they have become the worst. I was sold 4GLTE a whole year before they actually had it in Las Vegas. In 2015, I was sold a Galaxy 5 supposedly water resistant. Today, Jan 3rd, 2016, I was told it is NOT unless I bought the Galaxy sport so now they won't honor the warranty! I was also told that even with warranty, they will not vine me a new phone. I have to pay $200 dollar deductible and will replace my phone with a refurbished phone! That's not what I was told when I first got it. In closing I have to say Sprint is a bunch of unethical salespeople and they lie must tip get the sale. I would never go back to them and do not recommend them.
