So now they sent us a ups shipping to ship it back to them to repair. We take it to ups with the return label, paid for box and packaging, store packaged and sent it back. I get a response back on bbb complaint that it was damages with screen coming off and multiple dents and they would only refund the amount minus damage , minus 20% stocking fee even though they told my husband they paid for it to be insured to ship back. So now there's a scam of getting computer back not refunding is but getting paid on the insurance. The store that packaged and sent back even gave us a statement that there were no damages when they packaged it for us. Now not only do I not have a laptop at all but out $3400 of what I paid them. Absolute crooks!!! I run large hospital systems and will be making sure not a single hospital employees ever be scammed by these crooks in the community. They should be shut down! My next complaint besides the AG now is a police report on my credit card.
If you would have accepted to fix the laptop when my employee brought it to you when I sent her there to have it fixed instead of saying the laptop is as is then we wouldn't be going through this mess in the first place. And the WiFi wasn't working because the last time you fixed it, you replaced the chassis that didn't have a WiFi in it is what you claimed why we needed to send it back. So again proving the point that whenever you guys try to fix your problems it just ends up worse!
UPS store manager comes back on vacation tomorrow us to get a statement that they packaged. So now this laptop have costed me 3 most of non functional use for my money, three movers time and flight and car rental to take it back each time for repairs, and packaging costs, and still no laptop for my money. And you want to offer me another one of your CRAP computers what a joke and circus...
