I had a common procedure performed two months ago and am still waiting to be contacted from her assistant. I phoned for my results and was vaguely told that there was no immediate concern and that I would be receiving a phone call from the doctor's assistant soon. Two weeks have passed and I still haven't heard from this office yet.....I will give them another call since I like Dr. Castillo enough to give this business another chance.
