I had my iPhone 4 repaired due to a severe cracked screen yesterday. After placing my iPhone on the nightstand to charge overnight, I woke up to find a crack in the screen. The device hadn't been dropped or had any pressure exerted on the screen. When I went to this office to see what they could do for the faulty work that was provided, I was told that they were in no way at fault for the damage, and that they "couldn't understand how I was trying to place the blame on them". After offering me a discounted price to fix the screen again (no thanks, ten dollars off 150 does me no good), I left the office. The manager was rude and I was shocked that they weren't willing to help their customer. I've used this company multiple times over the course of many phones, but I will not be using them again. And I'm also finished recommending this company to my friends.
SO HAPPY TO SEE THIS PLACE CLOSED! GOOD RIDDANCE!
