I have to say that I am really pleased with Carlos from the Scottsdale Rd LA Fitness. I was having an issue renewing my membership in Tucson. When I am visiting Scottsdale I go to the La Fitness on Scottsdale Rd. It's a great facility and the staff is great. Since I have had such a great experience there, I called to this gym to see if they could help. Enter Carlos. He was amazing, got my membership squared away, got a pass for me to give to a friend and made sure that I was taken care of. He also gave me a contact number so that if I had questions, concerns, further issues he would be my go to person. I have to say that other gyms should take notice and could learn a thing or two about customer service from this GM. Thank you Carlos for the excellent service and going the extra mile to make sure I was taken care!!
