Excellent service! I called because our water wasn't dispensing and the ice tray was leaking water. The phone representative was incredibly cordial and professional, and had a same day technician available. Working a Monday-Friday job, I was incredibly appreciative of their 30 minute call window, so I was able to work most of my day, as opposed to sitting at home waiting for 3 hours.
Bob called with the 30 minute heads up, I headed home, and we arrived at just about the same time!
Bob was fantastic! Professional, friendly, and he knew his stuff! He found out that the fan wasn't working, causing the ice to melt and the water coil to freeze, JUST BY LISTENING TO THE FRIDGE! He had the parts with him, and the repair was done in 45 minutes! He explained everything he was doing and answered all my questions without fail! I could not have asked for a more perfect technician!
