I went there for a hair cut. Hair wash and the stylist was great, while it was very hard to communicate with them since they all spoke Chinese and not so good English. The stylist didn't quite understand me while the outcome was pretty good.
The website said $50 for senior stylist but they charged me $60 + tax.
-- After NC's customer service heard my complaint that I was charged differently from the website, they apologized about no one notifying me that the stylist had been promoted to a director level. They sent us a nice card with the difference along with a complimentary hair treatment service voucher. Pretty impressive customer service. They cared about my first experience at the salon and did a good job for service recovery.
