This Kinjo location is my favourite sushi restaurant because of the sushi-go-around. At peak times, there are a lot of varieties to choose from right on the sushi boat. However, if you go at off-peak hours, then your best option would be to order from the menu sheet, though it still doesn't take long at all for the order to come. Best part is that you'll never have the problem of ordering "too much" that you can't finish because you can literally take it off the sushi boat as you eat.
