I have come to this location twice. Once for an oil change and once for a tire rotation. I initally tried Discount Tire for the tire rotation because it's free and lthey me tell ya, you get what you pay for. I waited at discount for 20 minutes without even being acknowledged. I ended up leaving and coming here and coming over to pay for the rotation was SO worth it. I ended up saving time and the customer service is always amazing. I regret now even trying discount tire before these guys. They always interact with my young daughter and they offered her a little toy to take with her.
