I bought the Dr. Fuji cyber body slimmer at holy sheets at the Galeria mall in Las Vegas. After about 3 days of using it my back started hurting. I thought maybe I'm just out of shape but a week later had to go to chiropractor for back pain. Long story short I would get back pain as soon as I started using machine again. After only 2 months and multiple doctors visits and X-rays done my doctor said don't use the machine anymore or it may cause permanent injury. I had only had the machine for 2 months. I went to holy sheets and spoke to the store manager about returning the machine and getting a refund. I brought with me all my medical records and back and spinal X-rays and yet they said no, they would not refund my money. I could not believe what I was hearing. I didn't change my mind or was lazy about using the machine I literally was told by my M.D. Not to use it. I'm not asking for medical bills or pain and suffering only a refund and that's it. I can't believe that a buisness working in the U.S.A could operate that way. So now I will be posting all over the internet bad reviews, going to better buisness bureau and I am consulting an injury attorney. I'm not going to go away especially how they treated me with no regard to my health.
