I went there because they were recommended by a few different coworkers. I must've caught them on a bad day. I drove all the way from Avondale and when my wife and I walked in no one greeted us. We were the only customers there. When I asked questions, I felt like I was bothering the gentleman who was "helping" me. He was very polite to the man who walked in and told him exactly what he wanted. Once I arrived at my choice, he told me since my license had a non-current address on it that I could come back with my electric bill and that that would suffice. I later found out (after going back to Avondale for it and then driving to Peoria again) that that was not correct. I will not be going back. Maybe I'll feel comfortable going back when I'm a gun expert.
