I have never done Crossfit in my life before but after having a baby I needed something intense. I started with the OnRamp class that taught me all the moves and techniques. It was great for me and I always left feeling like I could never use my legs or arms again. Everyone was very helpful and would answer any questions I had. They are also very kid friendly with a kid room full of toys and window out into the gym. It makes working out that much easier with a baby in tow.
