Horrible customer service! I was excited for my trip to the Grand Canyon but I had a death in the family which resulted in canceling my whole trip and flying home instead. All the other companies I had things booked with were very understanding, except this company. Very hard to get in touch with customer service and the rep Donna was very rude. I was told I would be charged only the cancelation fee of $35 per person. A month later I had to call company back, which once again is a very long wait, to request my refund that was never given to me. Would loved to use this company when I can plan my trip again but not after this fiasco!
