I first want to say how much we love the quality of their cakes, they are awesome! I walked to the back of the store to pick up a birthday cake, where I have a bunch of times in the past. I rang the bell for service and waited. And waited. There were two teenagers standing about five feet away the entire time and refused to make eye contact to wait on me. There were no other customers around. Not even a "we'll be right with you" or "they can help you up front." Nothing. I was spotted, then ignored. They were too busy gabbing about weekend plans and complaining about work. I walked to the front of the store, picked up the cake and the wrong name was on it. Mistakes happen, oh well. It was fixed immediately. The cake looked beautiful and I'm sure it will be delicious as always. I also purchased a pre-packaged container of cupcakes. I had one the day of purchase and it was completely dry and stale! Thank goodness we didn't end up serving these to guests. Considering how amazing their donuts and cakes are, this was a surprise. When purchasing in the future, I will only buy from the counter and not anything pre-packaged, because who knows how long they were sitting out.
