I had my floors done in March and I absolutely love them! I had tile laid throughout the downstairs and bathrooms and laminate upstairs and carpet on the stairs. I love everything!
Shawn was really easy to talk to and helped with selections in my home. I was able to pick out the exact wood look tile I'd wanted for over a year. His estimate was exactly what I paid. He said the quote included everything and he was right; when the sun floor upstairs needed leveling, problems with plumbing, all of it was included to make sure I got the best possible results.
Juan and Jeff did great work on the installs and were friendly and professional. They said it would take two weeks and they were right on time. They kept me updated on the progress the whole time and even let me know if there was a problem or delay.
I was completely satisfied with my experience.
