Song is great! He answers or returns your call promptly! And he's sooo honest about his work! Worked on my fridge; could have easily changed a part and charged me for it as I thought that was needed. Nope! He had me follow up with the manufacturer about a probable recall and have them order and pay for fixing my problem. I did call and was told no recall. When I called Song back and told him I still needed him, he told me HE would call around because he wasn't comfortable trying to fix something he thought was a warrantied issue. WOW, talk about honesty!! He could still be charging me!! Next call, a guy he knew who DID know about the recall on my fridge!!! AND this guy ordered my part from the manufacturer UNDER the recall!!! Song's honesty and integrity is amazing. I HIGHLY recommend this man to everyone!!!
