I had the Gilchrest Farms Goat Burger (Ground Goat, Sweet & Spicy BBQ Ricotta Spread, Onion Marmalade) at this authentic Farm-to-Table restaurant and I knew I was in for a treat.
First it was very tough to pick something from their lunch menu, every description was appetizing and peaked my interest. I settled on a burger because I rarely have them anymore (long story about being vegetarian with too many exceptions). The size of their plates seemed small at first,but when you factor in the taste and quality, it was the perfect amount. This is by far the ideal balance of tasty/natural food.
Forget about ordering fries, the dishes come with a side of fresh potato salad... it's amazing. For the record I did not try the fries, I am sure they are also very good :)
