If you're looking for an honest and experienced assessment of you're running style and shoe requirements then I would fully recommend giving Nike Scottsdale a try . I went in with the idea of buying a more expensive shoe than I ended up with but fully convinced after 3 x 4 mile runs that the advisor was spot on with his assessment and recommendation , most comfortable running shoes in a few years !!
I went through the same assessment a few years ago at a running only store and they upsold me on their own brand insert that was $80 and ended up giving me shin pain.. Not here at Nike , honest opinions and experience
