Found this spot on yelp and was surprised at the high rating and number of reviews for a nail salon. I called to make an appointment just to be safe, and when I arrived the place was jam packed. Normally, I would have gone unnoticed amongst all the traffic going in and out, but multiple staff members approached me to ask if I was being helped. I got in with the most professional nail tech, who spoke English to not only me, but the other techs also. How rude is it at most other places when the staff speaks Vietnamese to each other right in front of their customers?! NOT HERE! They all speak English, they all are smiling, friendly, and treat you like a friend. The way they have the gel polish colors set up is brilliant, and I have never seen it done like that. Much better than a basket full of color sticks. This will be my go-to place, and I will be updating my review with photos in the future!!! Best Nail salon in the valley, not just Gilbert.
